Medical Plans
Clinimetrics offers the choice of two medical plans for employees
throughout the United States and three medical plans in California.
These plans include a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
Dental Plan
Clinimetrics offers a PPO dental plan to U.S. employees, giving
you and your family the freedom to choose any licensed dentist,
anywhere in the world.
Vision Plan
A vision plan is also made available to you and your family. This
plan includes examinations, lenses, and contact lens benefits.
Flu Shots
Flu Shots are offered annually, when available, at the corporate
headquarters through The Health Trust. Other U.S. locations are
provided with a reimbursement for the equivalent benefit.

A prescription drug plan is included as part of the medical plan. Prescriptions are discounted with use of a drug card.

Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
A group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance
plan is provided for you by Clinimetrics. Additional life insurance
coverage may also be purchased at a discounted rate.
Worldwide Business Travel Accident Insurance
Clinimetrics provides employees with Business Travel Accident
insurance. This benefit covers accidental death, dismemberment
or paralysis while traveling on business.
Short Term Disability Insurance
If you are unable to work due to injury or illness, Short Term
Disability benefits are available for up to 12 weeks..
Long Term Disability Insurance
After 90 days of Short Term Disability, the Long Term Disability
Benefit are available. You may purchase additional coverage at
a discounted rate.

401(k) Retirement Plan (U.S. only)
You may contribute from 1% to 100% of your pre-tax pay. (Some
conditions and restrictions may apply). You will direct your contributions
among several different investment options.
Canadian Pension Plan (Canada only)
Canadian employees will receive a monthly benefit equivalent
to USD$100 for retirement.
Flexible Spending Accounts (U.S. only)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) enable you to pay for qualified
unreimbursed medical and dependent care expenses with pre-tax
dollars.

Holidays
Clinimetrics provides a minimum of 10 paid holidays which includes
a paid annual shutdown during the holiday season to all eligible
employees.
Leave of Absence
A leave of absence may be granted for family care, medical care,
maternity, military, bereavement, jury or witness duty, or personal.
Sick Time
Paid sick days are granted to eligible employees and short-term
and long-term disability plans are available.
Vacation
Eligible employees receive paid vacation every year and will receive
an additional week per year of vacation at completion of their
3rd year of employment and again at completion of their 7th year
of employment.
Voting
Under the circumstances that you do not have sufficient time outside
of working hours to vote, Clinimetrics will allow you statutory
time on the Election Day without loss of pay.
Volunteer Firefighters
As a volunteer firefighter, you may take time off for required
training or to perform emergency duty.

Education Assistance Program
Clinimetrics encourages and supports all employees to further
their education by providing a pre-determined allowance towards pre-approved tuition-related fees.
Training
Clinimetrics’ Training Manager will conduct training for
employees on various aspects of clinical research. The Training
Manager, along with clinical consultants, will provide this training
with expertise in specific clinical research topics.
Membership in Associations and Professional Organizations
Clinimetrics will pay pre-approved annual membership fees or dues
in professional associations and organizations for membership
related to your present job or to assist you in your personal
growth and development.

Employee Referral Award
When Clinimetrics employs a candidate who has been referred, a
referral award bonus of $500 (less any applicable taxes) will
be paid to the referring employee, in accordance with the Employee
Referral Award Program terms and conditions.
Client Referral Award
A referral award of up to $2,500 (less applicable taxes) will
be paid to any current Clinimetrics employee who is solely and
directly responsible for referring a new client or project to
Clinimetrics, in accordance with the Client Referral Award Program
terms and conditions.
Gold Star Award
Clinimetrics’ Gold Star Award is presented to an employee
to recognize his/her “above and beyond” effort. As
a recipient of this award, your manager will present you with
a Gold Star Award letter from Clinimetrics’ President, a
certificate and a check.
Service Award
Service awards are given to employees in recognition of 3, 5,
10 and 15 years of service with Clinimetrics.
Travel Service
Clinimetrics encourages all employees to utilize its established
